These popular One-Day Retreat experiences will nourish your body & mind, and help you to  unwind and recharge your batteries. 

We offer healing day retreats every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10am-4pm. Open to all. 

We need two people to open the day. 

Private retreat days available.

Yoga Healing Sessions: Combine Yoga Therapy, Meditation/Breathwork, Chakra Cleanse and Sound Energy Healing. 

 Positive Life/Soul Coaching: Embark on a holistic journey to health, wellness and deep spirituality. ​

Personal Fitness Training with Dan: Are you ready to get healthy, fit, strong and energized? Dan is passionate about fitness & an inspiration to his clients.

 Three days of Island Bliss!  

This is the perfect add-on retreat to make your Big Island stay complete!

 Allowing yourself to de-stress, unplug and unwind for a few days can do wonders for your mental/emotional and physical health. 

We offer one retreat each month.
